Experience the power of the gong for yourself.
A one-day introduction for complete beginners, offering the opportunity to play a variety of gongs and discover whether this path is right for you.

Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to play a gong? This immersive one-day workshop is an opportunity to explore the world of gong sound in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Designed for complete beginners, no previous musical experience is needed. You will be introduced to different types of gongs, learn the foundations of playing, and discover how these extraordinary instruments create waves of sound, vibration and resonance.

Throughout the day you will have the opportunity to play a variety of gongs, experiment with different techniques and experience the difference between creating sound and holding space through sound.

You will also learn more about the role of the gong in sound healing, how gong baths are created, and what it means to work with these powerful instruments with intention and awareness.

Whether you are simply curious, looking for a new creative practice or considering taking your first steps towards becoming a gong practitioner, this day will give you the chance to experience the gong and see if it is a fit for you.
