Gong Intensive Weekend 

Take a step into your gong journey with Danielle North.

If you have already experienced the pull of the gong prehaps through a sound bath, or you own a gong and are ready to go deeper, this immersive weekend offers the opportunity to develop your skills, confidence and connection with this extraordinary instrument.

Through guided practice, exploration and experiential learning, you will deepen your understanding of how gongs work, how to create different sounds and textures, and how to use the instrument with greater awareness and intention.

The weekend will introduce you to a range of playing techniques, helping you develop your own relationship with the gong while learning how to create beautiful, balanced and meaningful sound experiences.

Alongside practical skills, you will explore the foundations of working with the gong in a sound healing setting, including listening, presence, creating space and responding intuitively to the energy of the room.

Suitable for beginners, this weekend is a chance to immerse yourself in the practice, build confidence and take a step into sound healing with the gongs.
