Join Rosie and Kay for a fun and laughter filled evening playing hand held drums for your joy and wellbeing. No experience necessary. You will be guided into free flow drumming, lifting our spirits, releasing tension and bringing happiness to all.
Gathering and playing together is a delight, you will leave feeling buoyed and energised. An opportunity to free your inner child, raise the roof and step into your power!
We have drums and rattles to borrow, if you have your own drum, please do bring it along.

Join Rosie and Kay in rural Central Bedfordshire for a 1 day workshop birthing your own natural skin shamanic drum in ceremony.
It is an honour and a privilege to birth your own drum and as such we heal the lives that have been gifted to create such a sacred object. Pledging our commitment to care and protect it with grace and humility.
Together we will create sacred space, journey connecting and honoring the ethically sourced materials, opening our hearts and setting intentions. If you have your own drum for the drum circle to cleanse and build energy, please do bring it along or we will have some to borrow.
You have the option of a 12, 14 or 16 inch, single sided hand held frame drum and mallet. With an oak hoop and deer hide.
All materials, tools and guidance provided.
Snacks and refreshments provided, please bring your own packed lunch to enable you to pause and eat when right for you during your drum creation.
Suggested timings are:

Deposit of £100 secures your space, total cost

Join me for an afternoon of connection and healing with the Ocean Drum. A deeply restorative day working with the element of water, a source or emotion, intuition, clarity and flow.
Through connection, movement and resonance of the Ocean Drum, we will explore how water teaches us to soften, release and return to our natural rhythm. Closing your eyes, listening with your whole self, recognising you are not the observer, but part of all things, allowing stillness, clarity and flow.

Join me for a day of meditation, connection and visionary art. A wonderful opportunity to explore guided meditation and intuitive connection with your drum to be inspired. I will support you in your creative process to embellish your drum in the way it speaks to you. A truly powerful and transformative day.
Both natural skin or vegan fibre skin drums can be painted.
There is also the opportunity to purchase a drum from us to paint on the day. Either natural deer skin or vegan fibre skin. Please contact us before booking to find out what is available.
Materials and equipment will be provided to paint your drum, however if there is something you wish to use, please do bring it along.

This is an advanced workshop for certified sound healing practitioners ready to deepen your understanding of how sound affects the subtle energy body. Continued practise to strengthen your connection to your own energy body and 'read' clients both in an individual and group setting. Once qualified we continue to learn, develop and grow through our practise. This workshop gives the space to work on our own intuitive practise, appreciate and enhance our own unique strengths whilst working through challenges.
In this workshop, you will:
Delve into an immersive and experiential workshop exploring how sound healing awakens, aligns and attunes your subtle body.
Through sacred sound, intuitive guidance and intentional practice, we will journey into the energetic anatomy of the body.
Clearing, balancing and activating your subtle energy body, deepening your practice, expanding your sensitivity and embodying your work.
Expand and explore techniques for energetic hygiene, boundaries as a facilitator.
You'll learn how to fine-tune your sensitivity to energetic shifts, intuitive perception and enhance your capacity to hold space both in a 1-1 and group setting.
You'll explore differetiating approaches to individual attunements verses group field harmonisation. Holding clear presence to catalyse transformation whilst distinguishing multiple energetic layers and needs simultaneously.
Develop intuitive tools for reading, tracking and supporting subtle body shifts.

You can bring a selection of your own instruments or work with ours.Items you use for dowsing, if you work with them.

ANIMAL SPIRIT RATTLE

Join me for a day of meditation, connection and visionary art. A wonderful opportunity to explore guided meditation and intuitive connection to birth your own spirit animal rattle. I will support you in your creative process to embellish your rattle in the way it speaks to you. A truly powerful and transformative day.
A range of shaped and round pre-made rattle heads are provided for you to connect to and choose from. Both natural skin and vegan paper mache rattle head options are available.
Handles are provided, but you may wish to connect in and source a stick to use specifically for your rattle. Ensure you ask for guidance and permission to work with the stick and it is freshly fallen to ensure there is no wood worm! If in doubt, look for tiny holes and check with me before using.
Materials and equipment will be provided to paint your rattle, however if there is something you wish to use to embellish your handle or rattle head, or fill it, please do bring it along.
In this workshop, you will:
Experience guided meditation through drum journeying to build connection and gain insight.
Connect with your inner being for free flow creativity.
Explore ideas and visions, gaining insight and understanding.
Receive guidance and support whilst creating your rattle.
Build nourishing connections with spiritual wisdom and intuition to yourself and your rattle.
Experience rattle cleansing.
What to bring:
A packed lunch. (Light refreshments are provided)
If you wish to use your own pillow, blanket, mat for the drum journey to make yourself comfortable. I have all of these available to borrow.
A journal and pen for making reflection notes.
Suitable clothing for painting.
Embellishments, contents and/or stick for handle.
Any images for inspiration and guidance.
