Our Tutors

Helena is a Shamanic Practitioner, Sacred Drum Practitioner, Sound Therapist, and Drum Healing Tutor based in Worcestershire. She has been practising since 2012.

Trained in Sacred Drum with Stephen and Renata Ash and in Shamanism with the Edinburgh Shamanic Centre, alongside frequent additional workshops and continued professional development. She acknowledges and is deeply grateful for the teachings she has received through these lineages, while also recognising the importance of opening to the wisdom within ourselves and our own lands, bringing responsibility back to self and place. Her greatest teaching has come from within.

Helena guides drum birthing and rattle making on request, facilitates Sacred Drum and Shamanic Sound Healing, and delivers workshops on the Medicine Wheel, the Elements, and her passion energetic sovereignty and the heart portal. From 2026, she will be teaching the Drum Healing Practitioner Diploma with the College of Sound Healing, supporting a new generation of practitioners to walk this path home.

Having walked her own long journey of returning to self, Helena knows how far we can get from our our true self  - she also knows there is always a way back. Her work supports people in reclaiming trust in themselves and strengthening the integrity of their energetic field so they can show up fully as healers, teachers, guides and day-to-day human beings.

Her passion is supporting people to live in their own sovereignty, enabling students to access that space and grow in self-trust and wisdom. Her teaching is grounded and not too serious, encouraging students to discover their own relationship with healing and spirit while remaining clear on structure and objectives of the teaching.
