Our Tutors

Annette is a musician, composer and intuitive sound practitioner, who aligns with voice, gong and other instruments to step out, connect and help others connect in with presence, the heart space and beyond with sound.

Annette studied Music attending music college but sought something different.  Growing up she was immersed in healing practices and all the various insights that that brings.  She has found that simplicity holds the key and when we are able to really just move ourselves out of the way, profound beauty flows, with very little to do with us at all. 

Annette's first encounter with the gong was in 2000 on a music camp with Michael Deason Barrow and as is the case for those of us drawn to this work, she found that time went on and try as she might, she just could not shake thoses calls of the gong from her essence and bones. So, not knowing quite how she found her, in 2013, Annette began studying with wonderful Sheila Whittaker and the ongoing journey of awkening and metamophosis began a deeper dive.

As a CoSH tutor now, Annette  holds and supports in an expansive, intuitive, nourishing way, with much contrasting life experience to draw upon.

Annette guides and supports others to connect in with their inner cosmos, strength and innate inner sound being. 

Working with sound in this way is a deep practice and participants will be entering into a transformational journey of their own.
