sandra comes from a background in healthcare, working as a healthcare assistant for the nhs in the hospital and hospice environment and for social services alongside vulnerable people learning to live in their own homes. a weekend on a native american reservation with willie lonebear a canadian indian. the introduction to a stone medicine wheel and sweatlodge experience had a profound effect on her life with a drive to deepen her understanding this interest led her to train with howard and elsa malpas in glastonbury to become a shamanic practitioner and began training with steven and renata ash to become a sacred drumming practitioner after a 2 year training programme to be a drumming tutor for the college of sound healing.

sandra has spent 32 years exploring and training in many different healing modalities, and reflecting on the medicine wheel and sweatlodge experience with willie lonebear, inspired her to write and facilitate a workshop that enables, encourages and empowers people to work with their inner guidance, spirit, the seasons of the year and the wheel of life, thus enhancing a more balanced sense of self.

Sandra holds monthly Drumming Circles and Drum Journey evenings, empowering all to move forward in a way that is comfortable for them.
