Introduction to Gongs and Sound Healing

This workshop is for those who are new to the gong and sound healing; wish to deepen your connection with your gong; sound or energy healers; yoga or meditation teachers wishing to incorporate the gong. 

Would you like to learn how to play gongs for yourself or for sound baths? 

Would you like to learn about the different types of gongs and how to the choose right one for you? 

If yes, then come and join this workshop for a fun day exploring gongs.

This is a one day workshop during which we will look at the origin of gongs; the various types available and learn various playing techniques.

You will have the opportunity to practise giving and receiving a gong sound bath.

If you have any gongs, please bring them with you.
