DETAILS : This one day workshop introduces you to both Crystal Bowls and Himalayan Bowls, we look at sound healing with bowls and how it works on the physical and energetic bodies. We look at the history and different types of bowls available, how they are made and playing techniques for both types of bowls. We look at the chakras and how sound relates to the energy system, the notes and sound connected to them.

There is lots of hands on with the bowls, you will do mini sessions on each other, and learn how to give a sound treatment to a family member and indeed yourself. We look at energetic protection, intention and lots more. It is a fun and interactive day.
