DETAILS : This 1 day workshop introduces your to using your voice for healing, on yourself or your family. We will be looking at how sound healing works on the physical and energy bodies. We will be working in a group with warming up the voice exercises, toning, singing a persons name, toning into the heart centre, healing meditation releasing sounds from the heart centre, intention plus lots more.
