  Aoife has been a Sound Therapy Practitioner (BAST) since 2007 and a Sacred Drumming Practitioner since 2012. She also trained as a Sacred Drumming Tutor under Steven and Renata Ash and is now teaching the Sacred Drumming Practitioner course through the College of Sound Healing. It is an honour to have received the teachings through that spiritual lineage, and Aoife holds the vision of the Sacred Drumming Medicine Path and the Rainbow Tribe deep in her heart.

  Growing up in Ireland with a strong musical background gave her a love of sound and music. She has facilitated countless 1-2-1 sessions, drum circles, and sound baths using Gongs, Crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, Tuning forks, Healing Voice, Sacred Drumming, and much more.

  Sound Therapy and Sacred Drumming helped Aoife cope with chronic illness which began at age 21, and provided relief and transformation. Her personal experience of the healing power of sound now feeds her dedication as a sound therapist. The deep healing that comes through the drumbeat, whilst being held in the safety of the Medicine Wheel, also drives her passion for sharing these teachings.

  Aoife is an Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner and has trained in Usui Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Metamorphic Technique, Soul Doula Work, and Touch Drawing. Aoife is also an artist and considers the healing power of creativity to be deeply transformational.
